SubsMaxxers is an independent community for people who pay for multiple AI services. This static site explains the community and collects almost nothing on its own. We are not affiliated with any AI provider.

What we do not do

This website

The landing pages are static files. They do not create an account for you. At launch they set no first-party analytics cookies. If a later host or embed adds a cookie, that will be named here. [VERIFY if the owner later adds analytics or a form host.]

Until a Beehiiv embed is pasted in, the Digest form is a local mailto: fallback. That opens a draft in your own mail client. Nothing is stored on this site.

Email — Beehiiv is the ESP

The Reset and Limits Digest will be sent with Beehiiv as the email service provider (Launch plan at the start). When the owner pastes a Beehiiv subscribe-form embed on the home page, Beehiiv will process the address you type, send a confirmation (double opt-in), and store list fields we configure (email, optional first name, optional product-research flag).

Beehiiv’s own privacy policy and terms apply to that processing. We use Beehiiv to deliver the Digest, a welcome note, and rare operational mail. We do not use it as a coupon list or a growth-swap network. Recommendations and ad-network features stay off.

You can unsubscribe from any message. Unsubscribing does not affect Discord access.

Discord

If you join the community, Discord is the host. Discord’s privacy policy and terms apply to your Discord account. Staff can see what you post in the server, your display name, and screening answers. We do not export the member list for outreach. We do not put Discord IDs into a marketing tool.

Membership screening asks what paid tools you use, what you hope to learn or contribute, which notifications you want, and whether you agree not to share accounts, credentials, bypass methods, or unverified claims. Answers are used to approve or deny a join — not to build a prospect file.

Screenshots and redaction

If you post a screenshot, log, or billing page, redact it first. Strip email addresses, names that identify a real person or client, account IDs, payment information, invoice numbers, private workspace names, API keys and tokens, organization identifiers, confidential prompts or documents, cookies, and recovery codes.

Unredacted billing or account screenshots will be removed. If a credential is exposed, tell a moderator immediately and rotate it at the provider. Do not send the secret again “so staff can see it.” Staff will not test a leaked credential.

Product research (optional)

A product-research invitation is optional and unchecked by default. Community membership does not require it. Private messages are not research data. We will not collect credentials or ask to look inside your AI accounts.
